Friends,
Mid-June. The solstice is almost here, and the moment feels like it could hold forever, though we know it will not.
Eight minutes tonight. 8 PM your local time. Let the week's noise fall away and notice what is still there underneath it. Something usually is.
Because the practice moves with the hour, it is always eight o'clock somewhere. A rolling wave, once around the Earth, every week.
Come as you are. Even scattered. Even searching. Even still.
See you later, in the silence.
Dedication: May we notice what stays when the noise of the week falls away.
